Civilian Director

As a Civilian Director within FiveM at AxielPD, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the civilian experience within our virtual community. Your expertise in community management and innovative thinking will be essential for fostering engagement, creating memorable experiences, and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritise initiatives to enrich the civilian gameplay experience within AxielPD.
Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance immersion, interaction, and enjoyment for civilian players.
Coordinate events, activities, and storylines tailored to the civilian community, stimulating engagement and participation.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between civilian players, staff, and other community members to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
Monitor and address feedback, concerns, and suggestions from the civilian player base, advocating for their needs and interests.
Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to civilian, empowering them to create impactful experiences within the community.

Requirements:

Experience within the FiveM community, with a deep understanding of civilian gameplay dynamics, preferences, and trends.
A great record of community leadership or management within a gaming or virtual environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with our community.
Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, events, and initiatives simultaneously.

Secondary Operations Director

As the Secondary Operations Director at AxielPD, you'll assume a critical role in optimising and refining the operational aspects of our virtual community. Your adeptness in organizational management and strategic planning will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, fostering community cohesion, and driving sustained development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the National Highways, RNLI, HM Coast Guard, Mountain Rescue, and HM Prison leaders to ensure alignment with AxielPD's mission and goals.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritise operational needs, future development, and training requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise departmental performance, streamline processes, and enhance roleplay scenarios.
Create a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the divisions you oversee.
Liaise with the development teams for custom scripts and resources that enhance the realism and functionality of emergency response scenarios.
Regularly review and update standard operating procedures, guidelines, and protocols to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

Extensive experience within the FiveM community, with a comprehensive understanding of operational dynamics, protocols, and best practices.
Demonstrated proficiency in organisational leadership or management roles within gaming or virtual environments, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with the staff team.
Strong organisational acumen, with the capacity to manage complex projects, workflows, and operational tasks efficiently.
