Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Server Admin to join our team. As an admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our FiveM server and creating a positive experience for our players. You will be responsible for enforcing server rules, addressing player concerns and inquiries, and actively monitoring the server to maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment.
Responsibilities:
Enforce server rules and guidelines to ensure fair play and a positive community atmosphere.
Monitor player activity and address any violations of server rules promptly and appropriately.
Respond to player inquiries, concerns, and reports in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other admins and staff members to resolve complex issues and maintain server stability.
Organise and participate in server events, providing an engaging and entertaining experience for players.
Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding server features to assist players effectively.
Provide support and guidance to players, offering assistance with technical issues and troubleshooting alongside the support team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a FiveM server administration role or similar position is highly preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with players and staff members.
Sound judgment and the ability to make fair and impartial decisions in response to player situations and conflicts.
Availability to dedicate sufficient time to the position and fulfil the responsibilities effectively.
An ability to follow instructions/ guidance set by senior members of the team.
